These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bcb88my and constitute the binding agreement between you and bcb88my for access to all platform services.

5.1 All deposits to your bcb88my account are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bcb88my accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX Instant Bank Transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost, subject to availability and any applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits.
5.2 bcb88my does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. bcb88my reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its sole discretion with notice to members where reasonably practicable.
5.4 bcb88my does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bcb88my accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests from bcb88my accounts are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until identity verification is completed to bcb88my's satisfaction.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bcb88my reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

6.4 Any funds in a member's bcb88my account that are identified as originating from fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited sources will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
7.1 bcb88my may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions set out in the individual promotion terms.
7.2 General bonus conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion: (a) Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility; (b) only real money bets contribute to wagering requirements unless expressly stated; (c) bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts; (d) bcb88my reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds credited in error.
7.3 Abuse of bcb88my bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or any coordinated wagering pattern designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
8.1 All games available on bcb88my are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or available from our support team. In the event of any discrepancy between bcb88my's platform display and the underlying game engine result, the game engine result shall prevail.
8.2 bcb88my reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed during a technical malfunction, at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, or after the relevant event has concluded.

11.1 bcb88my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a member breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) bcb88my is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law; (c) a member's conduct is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, bcb88my reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to have been acquired through prohibited conduct, it may be forfeited in its entirety.
11.3 Members may voluntarily close their bcb88my account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding real money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of any pending KYC or compliance requirements.
12.1 All content on the bcb88my Platform — including but not limited to the bcb88my brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bcb88my or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 bcb88my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bcb88my has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 bcb88my does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bcb88my will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as practicable.
14.1 The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by bcb88my is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with bcb88my, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bcb88my holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to the member.
